We have a working team to review all your projects before delivering them and help the designer get a better understanding of your requirements.
What are the tools the designers used?
At the moment, we are working with design, both print and digital, using mostly Adobe products.
What are the projects that we don't support?
We are not accepting motion graphics.
How to book a project?
We have options to choose from on our package page that only suit your design needs.
How long does a single project take?
Within 24 hours, we will deliver the artwork. But some projects need more time before getting the output.
What if I don't like the design?
We revise the design with unlimited revisions until you approve and accept the design that also covers the package that you ordered with us.
Is there any limit to the project?
There is no limit to the project that is covered on the package you order. We only work on one project at a time.
Is there a pause on the package/project?
Sorry, once the project starts, we don't offer to hold the timeline since your project is working with an exclusive designer.
Are there any refunds?
Once the project started, we didn't offer refunds. Please understand that once we close the contract, our designer will never get any clients to work with.
